Sample requirements
Submit a small, fully dried blood spot from each bird on clean paper. Label and package every sample separately to prevent mix-ups and cross-contamination.

Place a very small blood sample on a triangular piece of clean coffee filter, printer paper, or paper towel. Let it dry completely. Label and package each bird separately before mailing.
